The check in lady was very nice. That was the only good thing about this hotel. The smell was horrible. The elevator was disgusting. Got to my room and everything felt moist. I was afraid to touch anything. Just grabbed my bag and left. Stayed at another hotel. This hotel should be closed. It was smelly and dirty.

Smoking only hotel.

I was surprised I had to make a $50 deposit in case I smoked in the room. I am not a smoker and requested a non smoking room. As soon as I went in the room I understood why they wanted the $50 deposit. The room stunk like cigarettes and there were cigarette burns in various places in the bathroom counter. I realize this was a very inexpensive hotel but still. The room itself was in poor condition. The nightstands were falling apart and the refrigerator was rusty. The guy at the front desk did have them clean the room extra for me but that cigarette smell is in the carpet for good.

Where to begin about this property, I’m still waiting for my refund because the emotional rollercoaster I went through. The pictures are DECEIVING !!! Don’t let it fool you ! I booked this for a soccer tournament we had, the bed sheets were dirty and had blood stains on them, the room smell moldy I woke up super sick I couldn’t sleep, it was like walking inside a crack house, they were people smoking in the room next door and they were making a lot of noise. I was up at 3 am I was scared to cover myself with the blankets, unsanitary, I do not recommend and to get the refund has been an extremely lengthy process, they take your money right away and don’t give it back when things like this happen. I’ve never had this happen with any of my bookings until this weekend so will be calling Expedia tomorrow to check in on the refund because I believe nobody should be staying in a hotel with those conditions.

When I arrived I was told I cannot check-in early without being charged an extra fee. I have to wait until exactly 3pm to get a room. Then they take an additional $50 deposit and hold it for 5-10 business days. So it's not as cheap as you think and you only get a low budget motel room that's old and dated. They took a slow time with the check-in process after making me wait until 3. They gave me a room that was not clean or ready. I had to return to front desk and get a new room then she gave me keys to a new room that didn't work so back to the front desk again. Just not even worth the money really. The breakfast compliments were not out at the time they said breakfast would start and there wasn't much to offer. Big disappointment. Stay elsewhere.

check for deposits!!

This property charges a deposit of $50 just be prepared. I didn't know and I didn't have the deposit or a way to get it. The front desk worker was very unhelpful he just kept saying I had to come back at 930 and speak to manager, but that without the deposit he couldn't give me the room, and room non refundable!! I came back and talked to the manager. she is adjusting my reservation for tonight and is only chargingba $10 deposit. Thank god I won't loose my money.
