Furnished living area, Great Air conditioning/Heat in both bedroom and living room. Flat Screen T.V. with Cable and wi-fi internet provided. Bathroom has a walk-in shower. Coffee Provided, Full Kitchen complete with microwave, electric stove, fridge, island sink, quartz counter tops, silverware, cooking and baking needs. We provide cleaning supplies, paper towels, bar soap, creamer, plus many extras. Do your Laundry (soap provided). Walk in closet with hangers. Outdoor enclosed deck area has privacy divider fence, small table with chairs. (Allow Outdoor Smoking only). Cottage is attached to main residence. Completely private, parking for up to two vehicles. Convenient walking distance to town, shopping, dining, hiking, Pioneer Retirement center is only one block away (visit family) Rays Food place and the gas station. New market with large liquor and wine selection is right across the street. Almost daily opportunities to enjoy viewing wildlife, like our local deer.

The hosts were very amicable and not only let me reschedule the timing of my trip, but were able to get me in for an addition two days after my business ran overtime. Best stay ever!
The property is as described and perfect for 1 or 2 people. The owners are amazing and after just a couple of days felt like family. It's within walking distance of downtown and is such a delightful place to relax and rejuvenate!! I can't wait to visit my new "family" in Jacksonville again, hopefully sooner rather than later!
