Clean and safe facility. The rooms were spacious. Check in/check out was easy. Hostesses were quick and frequent with drinks. A great stop over for a long road trip.

Had a enjoyable girls weekend with my friends. Just wish there was no smoking inside the casino & only 1 out of 2 elevators worked.

There for Pro-Am Golf. Accommodations okay. Signs of needed remodeling/upgrades needed and appreciated for future stays. Desert cafe was bust. Short staffed for number of guests (Pro-Am & tourists. Caused slow food delivery and cold foods when delivered.ie: gravy gelled on hot roast beef plate. Staff was doing best to keep up, apologizing to almost everyone, including us.

The front desk wasnt helpful as we were told checkin alwas at 4pm, but they didnt let us in until 530 pm. However, they did offer free drinks and a dinner. Then the power went out and the hotel room was with no power and no ac.

Terrible stay. Was sent to the property across the highway from the casino, Power was lost due to fire at substation.No A/C ,in room. Power was never restored during our stay, Toilet in room would not flush. when told about it, the clerk said"sorry about that''. I asked about a reduced rate but received nothing . I understand they had no control over the power but some type of remand was expected for the shape the room was, Never again !!!

Above level service

The power was out for almost 24 hours due to a fire at an electrical substation miles away. Staff was as helpful and accommodating as possible given the situation.

Umm I would like a refund

We gambled. We took a nap. We woke up to a pitch black room. No power. Anywhere except the slot machines. Everyone was at a machine do to no power. We left to drive 3 hours back home.The hotel said because we booked through you guys they cant refund me. I would like a refund.The manager said he will approve it!!

We stayed at the Horseshu. It had that old and unique feel to it, but clean. My biggest complaints were no fridge in the room and the A/C kept kicking off all night. Finally had to resort to just using the fan.

Overbooked so did not get our king bed we reserved, used Expedia so was charged extra 10 bucks , no reciept ….i think common practice to let a walk whos paying more have the room and sent us to a double queen , was not Happy about that. Also went to wrong elevator and could not find the floor , went back to desk and was told “oh yea its thee other way thru casino with our bags . Won’t book here again
