perfect haven near Cornell
Charming, clean, comfortable, and peaceful cottage, with a host/hostess who have thought of everything! The kitchen is fully equipped with pots, pans, nice dishes and glasses, an oven and refrigerator. The bed is comfortable, and the living room is a great place to hang out. The location set well back from the road made it possible for me to sleep with the windows open and enjoy the summertime sounds of crickets and cicadas. I can't think of a better place to stay in the Ithaca area with these amenities.

Road Trip
We so enjoyed our stay in Ithaca. This place was absolutely perfect for us. Centrally located for all our exploring. Close to Cornell University, and the Finger Lake region that we've never seen before. The cottage, itself, was even better than what we saw in the pictures. Super clean, beatifically decorated, and had everything we needed for our stay. Our host was so nice and informative, just wish we had more time to sit down and chat. If we come back to this area, we would definitely stay here.

Perfect hosts and location!
Annette and Tim are the best hosts. Their place is so clean and comfortable. It was a perfect location - close to Cornell and all the festivities of graduation weekend. We highly recommend this cute and cozy apartment!!

The property was outstanding...minutes from the Cornell Campus! It exceeded our expectations. What a wonderful little unit! We were greeted by owner, Tim when we arrived to ensure we got in OK and so he could explain the ins and outs of the unit. Everything about this place made us happy, from the comfy couch, to the fluffy white towels, to the thoughtful binder of info. We were visiting our college freshman at Cornell and this place was just 4 minutes away. Thanks Tim and Annette for making our stay perfect!
