Staff was simply amazing. Drinks and food were definitely above average, best I've had at any all inclusive! Room was great and the grounds were impressive! Pools had good vibes and beach was clean. This place will only get better with time. And I will definitely be back!

Over all is good, if you are a smoker is a bit problem. You can only smoke in two places outside Lobby or by the beach. No other option inside the resort.

The property itself is brand new and easy to get around. The rooms are beautifully decorated. What I loved about this property was our swim out king room. Having that private pool (where we spent most of our time) was great. Especially the fact that our room was located right next to the jungle pool bar! The beach is nice and the water is beautiful. There is a little seagrass, but nothing terrible. What I didn’t like about this property were the Bali beds and lounge chairs that are under the pergolas along the different pool areas are reserved for a bottle fee. Also, the breakfast buffet. It was pretty average. There is no lunch or dinner buffet offered so you have to eat in all the specialty restaurants which, for the most part other than two of them require that you be dressed in casual elegance. Overall the food is just average. Nothing really stood out as being amazing, but for an all inclusive, it still is better than most places. What I can recommend is the Oso Buco in the Italian restaurant and the pork shank in the Mexican restaurant. And the grilled bone marrow, which is offered in the Mexican restaurant and the Sea Grill. Oceana and the Sea Grill and as well as the Mexican restaurants had some of the better food in my opinion. And as far as the cocktails, Rendezvous bar in the center of the property(which is where they are currently having nighttime shows because the theater isn’t open yet) by far has the best cocktails. Actual real craft cocktails.

Hum.. it was the brand new property and beach area is not quite ready. Walking to beach is hard because there is no boardwalk built to the beach and there is lots of stuff in the sand. It doesn’t feel safe to step into the sand in barefoot. The restaurant is ok but overall food is blend nor great. There is absolutely non perk's for preferred guest. The food at preferred restaurant was bad and not much varieties.

I cannot recommend this hotel. Upon arrival, we encountered several issues and received no assistance from the management. Additionally, the dress codes at the restaurants are uncomfortably formal, considering the warm Cancun climate, which was a significant inconvenience. While the facilities are modern and visually appealing, the overall experience was marred by a complete lack of customer service.

Wasn’t offered or given the VIP guest bag, didn’t get a room upgrade when I asked for one, no VIP benefits. They didn’t care about the VIP status on Orbitz.
