Great downtown location. Short walk tk Gainbridge Fieldhouse. Hotel room was huge with separate seating area. The hotel room needed some maintenance. Electric curtains did not open & door to cabinet where fridge was wouldn’t stay shut. Would stay there again due to location.

The property is in great vicinity to Gainbridge Fieldhouse and walking distance to a lot of restaurants and bars. However, the air conditioner wasn’t working in our room when we got there and maintenance had to come change out a transformer. Then on our 2nd night, they had to shut water off to the whole hotel from 10pm - 6am for repairs. We felt like we should have received some kind of reimbursement for all of the problems throughout the stay.

The check-in staff was spectacular. She was lovely, polite and very helpful. The room was exceptionally clean and clearly newly renovated. The only downside was the outside. It is cramped and undergoing some sort of renovation, however it was an overall very great stay.

The room was very clean and the bed so oh so comfy. The staff was very nice and professional. The coffee shop right off the lobby was very convenient and good. The parking was expensive ... at the time of our stay, there was a lot of construction but that was okay..the noise was minimal. Would stay here again without a doubt.

The staff was amazing and very accommodating. I can’t wait to visit again. There was a lot of construction going and the attached mall was closed down which was an inconvenience. I booked this hotel because of the mall being attached.

While our stay was good, we were extremely disappointed to learn that our favorite hotel has recently undergone renovations that, to us, have caused it to lose its old school charm. The lobby area has had two restaurants added, which look nice but have created a very noisy and bustling environment. The rooms are smaller and the noise level in the hallways seems more noticeable. The bathroom door in our room was literally two feet from the bed (not a sexy setup for a romantic getaway). We are happy that business has apparently improved for the Omni, but it has lost the character and charm that have kept us coming back year after year. We will most likely look elsewhere next time.
