"Hotel has a unique vibe with the historical industrial theme. There are a lot of period looking pieces in the hotel ranging from the woodwork, steel, and decorative pieces most of which are probably reclaimed and repurposed. The staff were all friendly and helpful from the doorman to the front desk personnel to the housekeeping staff. There are plenty of restaurants to choose from in the hotel as well as in the neighboring complex. The food is really good and both restaurants had very good service and excellent food which they locally source as much as possible. I would stay here again."

"The staff was excellent from housekeeping to the front desk. For whatever reason the only hiccup is my keycard had to be renewed or refreshed every day of the 5 day stay, but that could have been a function of navigating the metal detectors at Lucas Oil. Again, staff was great, so glad there was an elevator because of amount of stuff we had. Our scheduled was packed so we didn't get to use the pool or Business Center or even the Breakfast area. I would request that for those of us who are tea drinkers, if there could be some additional options beyond lemon that would be super. A night time calming tea or orange tea would be great. Again, a great experience--have recommended this place to so many."
