Informed the staff the day of check-in thay we would be arriving aftet midnight. Was told that was ok and that ot would be passed on to night person. We arrived at 0100 and there was no one there. Phone rang and rang. No answer. No help from the main number, the lady just kept sayong uou have to call the hotel and press #4, even after explaining that that was done NUMEROUS times. Aftet the police were called and they weren't able to locate the staff member we were forced to find another room because the main reservation line stated they don't nake reservations after midnight. Worst, but most comical experience with a hotel ever. Can't really say if it was clean or nice. Never got the chance to see. And a lady called me at 7am to ask if I ever got checked in. NO you had no staff member available. They still charged me even though I was only supposed to be charged at check-in. I wasn't the no show, their employee was!!

The staff is wonderful...very pet friendly...probably the best hotel that ive ever stayed at and I travel 300 days a year......I'll type a dirty word just so you know Im not bullshitting.

It has a old smell on the 2nd floor... The room and stuff are clean just the smell in the room. Move us to a different floor it was better I rate it over all from 1 out of 5 a 3.4. This is my opinion....if I would stay again if I had to. Wouldn't be a first choice. Served its purpose

Our stay was very short, and we selected this hotel for the kitchenette feature. Overall the hotel appears to be decent shape, but could definitely benefit from attention to detail. A good sweep/mop and wipe down of walls around the kitchens in the rooms would be a good start. We found an empty medicinal bottle under the chair in our room along with trash on the floor - it was clear there was just a quick sweep done. The bathroom could have used a more attentive clean as well. Overall, we had an uneventful stay, felt safe, and everything we needed was there.
