i recommend staying here. There are multiple late night stores like Circle K and Family Mart next door to purchase drinks or snacks or general personal care products. The staff was outstanding and our rooms were perfect. We lived out stay so much that we will stay there again on our second leg back to Saigon.

During my recent visit to HCMC, I had an absolutely delightful stay at the hotel. The breakfast spread was not only delicious but also quite extensive, offering a wide variety of options. One of the thoughtful touches that I appreciated was the provision of two complimentary bottles of water each day, which was a great convenience. Additionally, the availability of affordable daily laundry services was a pleasant surprise and made my stay even more comfortable. The hotel's location was perfect, with easy access to nearby restaurants and local shops, allowing me to immerse myself in the vibrant atmosphere of the city. Very dirty room, smoking area is a joke. After moving into the room, we have found mold in the shower, hair on the floor and towels from the previous guest. Everywhere was full of dust. We asked for refund and left after first night. Keep it in mind that even if you book through Expedia, they do not tranfer the money straight to the hotel, they keep the money ( most likely they invest into a fund) and transfer a month later, at least this is what we have been told by concierge. I do not recommend this place.

Affordable Qualities in Great Location
Very pleased with my stay. An inexpensive but quality hotel in the heart of District 1, close to many attractions. Comfy room includes small fridge and a few English language movie channels. Excellent shower. Modest but good breakfast buffet has local and western dishes. Same day top notch laundry service. Super friendly, sincere, helpful staff. I doubt I could have found a better place. Cheers.

For the cost per night it was good, cleanliness was ok just found water taps hard to operate in bathroom. A tad noisy being on roadway throughout the night. all in all was very good for my needs.
