Front desk was friendly and helpful. Location was good for me as I have friends in Sun City and also my dentist office is close. Best place for a meal is a walk away...Okatie Ale House. Consistently good food and good servings. Music most nights.

This room was horrid. Old and down right disgusting. The things I mentioned to the staff were the blinds did not close, it was a handicap room. Besides that the tub was gross, no plug and rust around the drain. There was blood splatters on the wall. To top off this challenging overnight. A pizza delivery man woke me up banging on my door. It was the wrong room. Will never stay there again. IHG would be ashamed

Well room was okay when I got up next morning no hair dryer so went to desk and two people were talking I said excuse me to get someones attention. I told them there was no hairdryer and he said he would get one right down to my room. Waited 30 min went back and saw the same guy he said can I help you I said hairdryer! Oh yea then got me one. Hotel help not what it use to be.

The 1st room was clean but the water pressure was horrible and there was no stopper to take a bath. The customer service from the desk agents was not the best. The first lady had an accent and when i called she didnt understand what i was asking. The second lady the day i checked out never got up from the desk in the back. The second room they put me in had a stopper but it still let the water out. It also had no mirror on the wall and had a smell.

Room smelled like cigarettes. Air Conditioner was broke. There was a fan in the room that was covered in dust. People above us partied and kept us up til 2 in the morning. Management couldn't care less. Wouldnt stay here if you paid me.

The property looks fine on the outside. The inside is dated. The staff was fine. In the evening the places smells like fried fish and pot, in my opinion. We left some crumbs on a plate and came back to find it covered with ants. Then we started seeing them all over the room. The offered to move us to a different room. We decided the best move was to leave. If you stay there you will see it was worth the extra money to stay at the Hampton Inn.

The room was comfortable, spacious, and well-appointed. Check-in and check-out were efficient and simple. My only quibble was that I could never get the WiFi to connect—not a major issue on this brief personal trip, but at other times it would have been an annoyance. For an extended stay, this would be an excellent choice—if the WiFi works!

Ahh ok
The hotel isn't horrible but not the best either!! Our thermostat in the room was broken we couldn't change the temperature in our room which sucks. Some things were broken it really just needs an update it wasn't dirty just older. No bugs no ruff raff would stay again if needed.
