Don't spend your money

The checking in was great had a great person to do all the arrangements. The room on the other hand still had old food in the fridge and the hotel floor looked like it needed much updated walls due to the damage on the walls and floors all of the staff from cleaning was ok not goin to say nice but they was there.. over all the money we spent on the hotel we will find something else next time.

Stay here for a wedding in Cleveland. They had me an early check in so I would be on time for the wedding.

My only complaint was that the first night my sheets smelled like sweat & body odor. I have stayed here before with no issues. They re made our beds & apologized. The food service worker is awesome. Her food is delicious. And i love that she isnt afraid to say have a blessed day!

Friendly, convenient, reasonable

Have stayed here several times. They have rooms with fireplaces and also suites, which I opted for this time, with 2 TVs and a sofa. There was even a nice view toward town. The pool is heated and there’s a small gym with a couple machines. Easy walk down to Main Street, although there a couple small restaurants nearby. The Hooch is just across the street. Staff here are very friendly and breakfast is adequate. Only 3 floors but there is an elevator. Comfy, but no frills.

Perfect location! Clean rooms!

Perfect location in Helen. We didn’t have to worry about paying for parking downtown as it was a quick 3-5 min walk. Staff was 10/10 and continental breakfast was some of the best I’ve had at a hotel! Clean rooms! Will stay here again when visiting Helen.

This is not your typical Country inn and Suites. Extremely run down and dirty. Carpets are dirty and haven’t been cleaned. Rooms were dirty, and outdated. My kids were crying they didn’t want to stay here. Hot tub in pool area, has been concreted in. If I could have received a refund we would not have stayed.
