Always love to stay at this hotel for the Oktoberfest celebration. So convenient within walking distance of the major attractions. The staff os super friendly and welcoming. The Breakfast was excellent and the rooms especially the bed was very comfortable!

Great location. The check-in staff was great. Just do not accidentally leave something in the room. I returned to the hotel and inquired about it. She told me that the room had already been cleaned. It took her twenty minutes to make contact with the housekeeper, and they denied finding the item. The desk clerk said, "You probably left it in your vehicle."

Staff was polite and helpful. Shower broke on first night, but it was repaired next morning. The handicapped seat in the shower covered in slippery vinyl. Not good

The fire alarm went off due to a kitchen error early un the morning. Couldn't go back to sleep. The luggage rack did not work well. Staff was VERY friendly!

This is one of the cleaner, better properties that I’ve stayed in Helen. The only issues I had, were they decided to paint downstairs. So the whole downstairs had a strong smell of paint. And an hour and a half before checkout, the water was turned off in our room. Also, one of my key cards didn’t work and had to get it fixed twice before they gave me a new one. The lady kept telling me not to put the keycard near my phone, which I hadn’t, I insisted that the card was defective and someone else finally gave me a new one.

Won’t be back

The room was decent. Good size. We got the one with the jetted tub, but ended up not using it because we left a day early. We went for a 25th wedding anniversary trip. The bed was hard as a rock and we tossed and turned all night long. 3 am my husband was woken up by people being very loud in the halls but by the time he got to the door, they were on the elevator. I could not have handled another night of tossing and turning, so we left. Also the walls were filthy and you could see dirt on the bathroom floor as well. Room was in decent condition other than that.
