It is a 2 star hotel that charges you $250 per night. The worst Holliday in we experienced. Outdated, doesn't feel clean, not comfortable beds. If you expect avere Holliday in stay, it won't meet your expectations.

Was very disappointed in Holiday Inn Express. Our room was old, carpet worn, found 2 bugs in bathroom (roaches possibly), bathroom door would not close and I could write my name on the base of the lamp dust! When I expressed these concerns to women behind the desk at check out her only response was “Well dear, you should have called”. We had been traveling for 11 hours and already changed into our pajamas when the bugs came out. Makes me very leary to book another Holiday Inn Express.

Our stay was good, the room was good, check in was a bit weird. The woman who checked us in was overly loud for no reason and wore purple lipstick, which was off putting. Then because there are cedar trees on the property, our room smelled like cat pee when we turned on the AC unit. We also found out that there was no hot in the pool area. So it was a good stay but expected more from a Holiday Inn

Great service but beds need to be replaced!

Lovely hotel with wonderful, friendly staff. However, the bed was the most uncomfortable bed I have ever slept on. The springs poke into your back. Unfortunately , would not choose this hotel again based on the bed alone.
