I checked in for the night And was carrying a cheesecake. The staff immediately asked after checking in whether I needed a fork or any other item for my stay. Staff had Great insight in interpreting my needs and making sure that I was taken care of.

Hi! This property had a bad smell to it. Like stale smoke and musty dank concrete. The pillows were also uncomfortable. Good breakfast. Friendly staff.

Excellent hotel with excellent service. Started due to i70 closure and was exceptionally satisfied with everything from the check in process, to the gym, pool, breakfast, and check out!

When I stay more than one night I expect some room service such as empty trash, clean towels and restocking the restroom without having to go to the lobby and get the items myself. I have no problem not having new sheets and someone make the bed. I feel I paid for this but so maybe the solution.would be to discount the additional days or to book one day at a time that way I will have the room completely serviced.

It is a 2 star hotel that charges you $250 per night. The worst Holliday in we experienced. Outdated, doesn't feel clean, not comfortable beds. If you expect avere Holliday in stay, it won't meet your expectations.
