Custom built w understated elegance in a modern & functional floor plan. Quality sheets, down comforter inside a linen duvet cover, all on a tempurpedic mattress on the only queen bed. Futon couch is 3rd person bed (3 guests max). Oversized bath/shower, large vanity, quartz countertops, separated 2nd sink/kitchenette area with Keurig coffee maker, toaster, mini fridge and microwave. Separated private entrance & patio w 24hr contactless self check-in & parking on far side of my home on nearly an acre. Only shared wall is with Boat garage. Close to Honeysuckle Beach and downtown.
The vacation home is air-conditioned and features a kitchenette and a patio, and there's space to spread out with a separate bedroom. Guests can enjoy a Smart TV and stay connected with free WiFi. Other standard amenities include a sofa bed, a coffee maker, and an ironing board.

We were in town visiting family, and this place was centrally located between all our relatives! It's basically like a nice hotel room, but without all the noise from those in adjoining rooms. The house was responsive and accommodating. We will stay here again!
