I reserved an accessible room and didn't not receive one. Apparently the hotel only has one and the previous night's guest had not vacated the room. I was traveling with my 92 year old grandmother. This was a major inconvenience.

When I travel down South, I always stay here because the rooms are clean, cozy, I feel safe and I'm always treated so respectfully. Management there is amazing and he really goes above and beyond to ensure that my stay is comfortable. Highly recommend. ☆☆☆☆☆
