Lovely room, bed was so comfy. Staff so friendly and hopfully. Short stroll to shops, cafes and pools. Weather wasn't to best,but still had a great time. Was nice to wake up to snow over night. Would definitely go back.

Staff were really helpful assisting my husband with disability issues. In that respect we were disappointed however that there was no lift to carry heavy luggage. The garden setting is lovely and quiet, set well off the street.

Hotel is dated but you really couldn’t fault how clean the room was and the service we received from the staff. Location is amazing just parked the car up and walked everywhere with our 3 year old. Would definitely book again. Price was reasonable also.

Very clean comfortable hotel. Close to shops and pools and eating places besides the hotel. We only stayed one night but think we’d like to stay longer next time. I would ask for a ground floor room next time as I have issues with stairs but forgot to tell them on booking nevertheless a great stay with comfortable beds and great facilities. Badly needs work, is not a four star hotel,needs refurbishing badly, hard to find reception.things in bathroom didn't work, nothing in the mini bar, not even bottled water, nit even sure the fridge worked. Lighting was shocking. Just awful. Definitely will not be back.
