The house is comfortable, enjoy the 4 televisions ( 03 televisions with cable and one with ruku also) that my property has, in your rest time you can take advantage of the pool table and also the football table,, the property has 4 bedrooms, one has a queen bed, two twins, and one double, and 1 bathroom, the beach It is 7 minutes driving, if you do not want to drive, in summer there is a school one block that provides the service to take it and bring it free, the house has all the appliances, so you can feel in the comfort of your home, we provide , shampoo, conditioner, liquid soap, soap for the washing machine, and for the dishwasher, toilet paper, towels, and beach towels, sheets, coffee, powdered milk, sugar, tea and condiments for cooking, just bring your toothbrush and their clothes, the neighborhood is very quiet, the neighbors are very friendly, the house has 5 parking spaces, the property has air conditioning, nice grill and the accessories to grill, maximum 08 people, if you are more the 8 people may you need to paid extra fees.

Easy check in

There were multiple roaches that were immediately visible upon entering the unit. We did not stay there and had to book a local hotel last minute. The owner communicated that I would receive a full refund. I have documentation of this conversation as well. Aside from that the owner was nice, and check in was convenient and simple. Once they take care of the infestation there will be no issues with this unit and it should get 5 stars.

Cockroaches

Cute house but definitely needs an exterminator! When I turned on the oven to make breakfast, for the kids cockroaches crawled out from behind it! They were under the trashcan! I sent photos to the VRBO, but they wanted me to look through the house for more cockroaches to take photos of!! I was more concerned with getting our suitcases out of the house before we picked up any unwanted friends. These were not palmetto bugs. These were indoor house cockroaches! And I have photos of the one i was able to catch and kill. So gross. So so gross.

Removal Of trash

Outside of the fact that the trash from the last tenant was not removed the barrels were full And the air conditioner not working properly it was very hot in here much to our dismay in the morning the kitchen garbage was full of maggots that spilled over onto the kitchen floor we did make an attempt to try to kill them we were unsuccessful we packed up and we left however with all the things that went wrong such as air condition and not functioning properly and the trash removal I would in fact stay there again knowing that the manager was unable to inspect Prior to our arrival due to the fact that her son was in ICU fighting for his life we firmly believe things would have been for the better!!!

Great small house

The house has some quirks (like a light switch for back bedroom being in the kitchen) but is a great place to stay. The only real problems we found were that there is no garbage disposal in sink so you have to be careful to not clog the food catcher. The dryer also took a couple cycles to dry clothes well. Besides those things everything was fantastic!
