132-year-old Farmhouse. Cozy 3 bedrooms and 1 bathroom, all on the 2nd floor. Full kitchen with dishwasher, plus a welcoming living room and dining area on the main floor. Washer/dryer in basement. Reverse osmosis dining water system in kitchen. Plumbing is on well water with 5-stage filtration system, but has mild sulfur smell. A peaceful, family-friendly retreat for relaxing in the cooler months.

House is semi-detached; Airbnb is the front house, host and family in the back house. Both houses share a wall; this is a quiet, no-party space.
Guests can enjoy a Smart TV and stay connected with free WiFi. Other standard amenities include a kitchen, a washing machine, and a refrigerator. Housekeeping is available on request.

Needs curb appeal. Needed area to set outside. Had trouble finding the house. The house was beautiful inside. Not senior friendly. Bedrooms and bathroom upstairs.
