North shore Maui ocean view B and B room 3

North shore Maui ocean view B and B is a vacation rental with three bedrooms for rent individually on Maui's north shore. Each room has a private bathroom, ac, tv, and Wifi. Room 3 is the only room on the top floor of the house. The rest of the house, the entrance, fully equipped kitchen, living room and spacious ocean view lanai are all shared spaces with the other guests and the owners. Located near the road to Hana we are ideally situated for exploring this side of Maui. We are on agricultural land and grow bananas and citrus. For breakfast we provide bagels, eggs, yogurt, waffles, oatmeal, banana, coffee and tea. Breakfast is self serve and is available anytime. We live on the property and are available at all times for questions and assistance. We are available for one night minimum stays and do not charge a cleaning fee.

We work hard to keep insects and geckos at bay but they do occasionally find a way inside.

Quiet Little Escape
The property is even more lovely than the photos. It is tucked back away from the road and very quiet. I quite enjoyed spending time on the private balcony.just listening to the sounds of the island. There are cute little geckos on the property as well :)

Great location for exploring Maui.
The property had everything we needed for our stay in the area. The shared kitchen and common area allowed us to meet other travelers. The only drawback we experienced with Rm 3 was the A/C could not keep up due to the high ambient temps.

Stay by the beach
This condo has great coast access but you'll have to walk or ride a bit to get to a sandy shore. We loved walking across the street to see the sunset on the water. The bed was super comfy, and although you can tell the bathroom/dressing room area was a bit worse for wear they kept the unit pretty clean- kitchen and main room especially. They kept spare goggles, snorkels, chairs and boogie boards in the closet which we appreciated!

We enoyed our stay at the North Shore Maui Ocean View VRBO immensely. We're only sorry that we couldn't stay longer. It is a beautiful property with everything we needed to enjoy our stay. The location is convenient to the start of the Road to Hana so we were able to get started very early. A self-serve breakfast was available at all hours in the well-stocked common room. If we ever travel to Maui again we would definitely stay here!

We arrived late in the evening, but that was fine because of the excellent communication and clear directions from the owner. Amazing Stay
The room was large, nicely decorated and exactly as described. It was well-apportioned, clean and had everything needed for an overnight stay. The host very communicative and I would highly recommend this place. We used it as a jumping off point for Haleakala sunrise and the breakfast was greatly appreciated. The room was large and everything was very clean. The grab and go breakfast was a perfect light meal. I would recommend the host add screens to the windows in the bathroom and seal the gap in the window by the AC; bugs and mosquitos were able to get in.

Beautiful wood floors leading to common area and one of three apartments, each with a comfortable bed, great shower, and private little lanai. Lots of sliding glass doors overlooking tropical plants. Common area lanai overlooks ocean. Very nicely decorated, kitchen is full sized. Only stayed one night, but could have relaxed for more. So peaceful! Mahalo for the fruit too!
