We are nestled at the very end of a private road, less than 7 miles from Ellicottville. This is the perfect place for small and large groups to relax and have fun, or just come back to after a long day of fun in Ellicottville, nearby state parks, biking, or just exploring and discovering one of the many great places to eat near here. We designed this home to be relaxing and rustic, with plenty of great amenities. There is a poker room with a bar, you'll have plenty of outdoor and indoor activities, and kids have a playroom. You can feed the 6 large Koi, and the deer generally come twice a day to be fed. It is right next to 3,000 acres of state forest, perfect for a hunting trip. There is plenty of room for vehicles. Instacart and Uber are available here.
The vacation home is air-conditioned and features a kitchen and a patio, and there's space to spread out with 3 bedrooms and a dining area. Guests can expect to find free WiFi and a Smart TV with a DVD player. Other standard amenities include a washing machine, a coffee maker, and a phone.

Great spot for a ski home base

Stayed with my wife, our two sons and dog.The house is well-appointed and considerably larger than it appears from the front. The street and private drive were plowed despite daily snowfall. Would stay again if we come for another ski trip.

name says it all with Great Valley

Our stay at Great Valley hosted by Mellisa and Nate was great! we arrived to find fruits and snacks along with a nice card welcoming us to the property. I have never had a host do so much to make us feel welcome and at home. we came to ski at Holiday Valley over the new year and we couldn't have been more impressed with the house. Melissa and Nate even made sure the roads were plowed from the snow so we could get out safely and went as far as loaning a tow strap in case we ran into more problems. these hosts are a nice as they come! you won't be sorry for staying here at this cozy little place in the mountains of western New York.

The seclueded area of this place definitely makes the name "Hideaway" legit and fitting. 10 mins from Elicottville allows for dining, grocery shopping, and gas. The pond w/paddle boat, 6 Koi fish, nearby daily visits from Whitetail Deer, Firepit w/ firewood already on the premise makes this a place no one will ever want to leave. The wi-fi works great and supports 2 very large smart screen tvs( Hulu, Netflix, Amazon, Paramount, Max, etc...) Kinzua State Bridge, Darien Lake Six Flags are both approximately 1 hr away and the drive to both is enjoyable. ALOT of history in this part of Western NY and a must see/experience!!
