We were put in a handicap room without requesting one. Large bathroom with a very small vanity and one small sink for two people. There were roaches and other bugs in our room. The two small side chairs had stains on the upholstery, the TV stand/dresser was peeling, the AC unit was very old and so loud it kept us awake, the concrete in front of our door was badly cracked and the parking lot was trashy. Overall a place I will never go to again. It certainly does not deserve to be associated with Wyndham hotels.

Motel but hotel by name

The room was dingy it was definitely a motel not a hotel. The window ac was very loud and the walls were paper thin I heard all the loud cars and trucks passing by. Bed was hard and pillows were deflated. Obviously a motel taking advantage of the events.

Don't let the Wyndham name fool you. This is a well-worn (no, worn out) property. Clearly there is no effort to maintain, much less update, this property. The leatherette desk chair in our room had little vinyl left on it. Some of the lamps did not work. The shower control and shower head protruded a couple of inches from the wall unit, moved freely, and let water spray into the wall interior. Although we were on the upper of two floors, something above us at regular intervals sounded like a bouncing bowling ball. Our room at the front of the property was close to a noisy highway. I would not stay on this property again.

Room had crickets inside every night and when one woke up. I would have to get rid off 4-5 crickets every day. I raised it to the front desk and their response was impressive: "yeah, it is normal; your side has more." Did not offer another room or anything.

Absolute liars. Lights in the room did not work. They told me they would refund me, then denied it. Dishonest, cheap cons. Stay literally any place else. This place was a filthy dump.

Pros & Cons to this hotel and from that perspective you make a decision what is YOUR PRIORITY. This place is QUIET. Atleast the times I’ve stayed here. It’s peaceful. The room are also spacious. The beds are comfortable and the bedding is nice too. There is room for improvement. Cleanliness of the exterior for one. Grass area needs to be tended to. Debris needs to be picked up. The FREE breakfast isn’t that impressive. Don’t book here thinking you are getting a decent free meal. I will say THE FRONT DESK STAFF AND HOUSEKEEPERS ARE ALL PLEASANT. 😊

From the pictures I did not know or see that it was a drive up hotel which was the first negative. The main reason that was an issue is because there were SO many crickets and they could get in the door when you opened it. Apparently that is because of the changing seasons but it was still very gross. The bedroom had been somewhat remodeled but the bathroom looked like a meth lab. The only positive was that we were having issues with our tv and they called the next day to make sure they were resolved.

The room had no hairdryer, only 2 towels for 4 booked people. 2 of the lamps didn’t work inside the room. And only had 3 small pillows on each bed. Breakfast was dissapointing, they Only had waffle maker for waffles or cereal. Do not plan on staying here again when I come to Granbury

At check in the front desk lady, who was very nice, informed us our room was right above the the front desk. We asked if there were any other rooms and she said no but that it wasn't loud. Well everything was fine until 6 am when the breakfast was getting brought it and people in and out eating the door slamming every few minutes. No white noise was going to cancel that out. The room should have come with a warning! The bed was comfortable so that is the only reason I even have 3 stars. There was a blood mark on the bathroom doorframe and splatters of something on the ceiling. Oh and the hot tub wasn't working which was the reason we picked this place overs that did not have a hot tub.

Staff was helpful and polite. People staying there with big trucks need to be told not to allow truck to run outside other people's rooms it keeps them from sleeping
