Ageing but spacious motel. Customer service is extremely limited being only open between 2pm-6pm. Given a room that wasn't cleaned but quickly offered another one and given 50% refund.

The room and surrounding areas were dirty shower had not been cleaned it had hair in it , there was no blanket , loo paper ,hand towel , hand soap , dish liquid or chux or coffee cups or cooking utensil, or was not offered wifi pass word the pool was green and dirty , room stunk of mand bo , Microwave gad food splatter in it , glasses were dirty , absolutely discussed

It was a good experience overall with this place. I organised it for my formal night and as such the time I got into the place was early morning but the staff were lovely in messaging me details to get into my room. There is a bit of mold or grime underneath the seals in the shower but it isn’t too bad compared to other places in calliope so I wasn’t too fussed especially since it was just one night. Clean sheets and made bed with a lovely warm blanket left in the cupboard. Tv was a little in and out of service but overall I enjoyed it and would book again.

We gave this property such a low rating because the bathroon was mold ridden. In reflection, we should have refused to accept the room. My wife is asthmatic & a room with mold is a big red flag
