The resort itself is lovely - most of the staff are friendly and professional. We stayed in a water villa with a sunset view. The food was good and suited my vegetarian partner very well. We were full board which was good value. The all inclusive doesn't appear to be good value as the drinks are actually reasonably priced and so going full board then laying for drinks ended up being quite a bit cheaper. My main qualm was the nearby island you can see from one side of the resort that has a landfill on it. It's ugly and can smell. Unfortunately this makes it hard to give this particular resort 5 stars. The gym is also quite outdated and not always cool enough to exercise in. Overall, though, we enjoyed our stay. We'll try out the centara grand resort next time.

It’s a well kept and clean resort .. there’s just things that needs improvement.. - check in could’ve been better, like having guests stay in an air conditioned room for signing documents and explaining about the resort . Instead , the lobby has no air conditioning and you’re exhausted and tired from traveling and the heat was unbearable.. - my husband got sick on our first day , called for room service since we can’t go out due to his situation and line was busy for 2 hours , we didnt had any meals from 12 noon til 430pm .. didn’t get any help even front desk phone was busy . Had to walk outside the heat to seek for help and look for the doctor . Good thing boutique person was able to get a hold of the doctor . - all inclusive meal plan could be laid out better , certain cocktails isn’t included , like daiquiris and margaritas are included and how come sex on the beach drink isn’t ? Presentation of paid bar drinks was very good while all inclusive drinks they just shove it on a glass and put straw on it . Special dinners or themed dinners aren’t included on your all inclusive as well and it ranges from 60-80$ per person and it’s really nothing special. Room service isn’t included as well on your all inclusive . On the other hand , the service on ocean restaurant is amazing ! The omelette station cooks are phenomenal and so does the women that hosts the restaurant. Viu bar -Johir bartender was very good and so does Arif on the wave bar .. food is very good !

This was the most perfect place to stay. We had an overwater villa and the views from our bed each morning were spectacular. All of the staff were helpful and super friendly. The food was delicious and plentiful. We ate at all the restaurants and enjoyed all the bars. Beach was clean and loungers were plentiful. It was perfect we couldnt have asked for better.

This resort was the best stay I have ever had! The staff was super friendly and always helpful and accommodating to your needs. We had off hour flight times and the staff adjusted transportation to get us to the airport without going extra early. I also witnessed another group whose flight was delayed by 5 hours and they arrived to the resort well after the restaurants were closed for the evening. The staff had made food and set it up at the front desk for them to eat as they arrived at the island. 10/10 recommend!

This resort is very tranquil. Although you are in the middle of the ocean, they offered daily activities to keep you occupied if you got bored with the water. It was what I needed for my mental vacation away from everything.

The staff was really nice and welcoming. Chef Khalil in the Oceans restaurant remembered you're order and always greeted you with a smile and inquired about your day. Drinks could have been a bit better but overall, lovely experience

Loved the rooms over the water. Housekeeping was excellent. Noon and Suree at the Spa were outstanding!! Front desk was very helpful, every time! There were 4 restaurants on site but one was Arabian and one was Thai so that leaves only two , the buffet and La Brezza. They were very good. The hours left a little to be desired as ALL restaurants closed at 10:00am, opened at 12 noon, closed at 2pm, opened at 7pm. Long periods when there was nothing open! Also, we were all inclusive option, but room service was not covered under the all inclusive. The prices were high ( cheeseburger and fries were$30) so we spent additional $400 on food. Overall, I loved it here. Staff was friendly and helpful, place was exceptionally clean, a wide assortment of activities to choose from. I would come here again.

What a totally amazing experience, from beginning to end! The resort is stunning, the staff ate incredibly friendly and helpful. The food was genuinely outstanding, all the Chefs in Oceans were superb, how the food was so delicious and fresh is a miracle, we ate so incredibly well - we also ate at the Italian and Thai and again the food was excellent, but eating outside under the stars by the beach listening to live muaic and the ocean, wow!!!! The overwater villa was amazing, and the cleaning team incredibly friendly and always happy, a special thanks to Nadia, Amber, Babu, Arif, Iqbal and JD and out special Nepalese Barman at the Vui bar. The excursions were well worth it - to see Dolphins in the wild and swim with Sharks in the ope ocean is an experience I will never forget - thank you all! Lots of love forever! Paradise Found
