Family room 524 was cold, even no winter. Helpful receptionist gave us additional heater. Old hotel, good bed, very good breakfast, fair price for 2 adults and 2 children.

The hotel has a great location for driving through Holland, very close to the motorway and works for one night. But the hotel is in need of renovation as the decor is slightly dated. The lovely windows in the breakfast area is in need of cleaning.

Hitchhike to airport

Internet is horrible for such a large hotel to not have any bandwidth. Great location if you have your own transportation but without it buses are rare and taxis are criminally priced to get a ten min ride to airport is 50 euros. They should offer a shuttle bus with better rate to keep customers coming back.

First time staying here, and it will be the last time. Restaurant wouldn’t or couldn’t serve us lunch at 12:30 pm. Room was old and unrenovated, with paint peeling off the walls and window sills, dirty bathroom, etc. In four days, our room was not cleaned at all - we were offered room cleaning twice, but both times it was at 3:00 pm, when my kids were resting for their evening athletic competition (we were out of the room every day between 6:00 am and 1:30 pm and between 3:15 pm and 8:00 pm). Would never stay here again - there are much better, less expensive options nearby.

No A/C, no shuttle, and bad info on hotels.com

This property is misrepresented on the Hotels.com site, with reviews that are likely outdated. The phone number listed by hotels.com is incorrect (a +30 country code be associated with a Zurich/Switzerland hotel), the hotel has no A/C (it says that it does have A/C on the hotels.com website), and there is no shuttle (it says on hotels.com that there is a shuttle). I assume some of those misrepresentations are intentional by the hotel, as the hotel staff kept claiming there is A/C in my room, even though the room temperature-control-unit note says "this is not an A/C but rather a ventilator". Terrible experience, and made me have to switch hotels on a moments' notice (expensive!). Terrible experience with hotels.com which I am now looking to not work with anymore for my weekly business trips.

A good standard for stay over.

The hotel position is conveniently close to main road for access. We received an upgrade with a king size bed which was very comfortable. The hotel and rooms are good standard. There was a hole in the carpet in the middle of the room. Otherwise OK.
