The room had a jacuzzi in it which I personally appreciated. The pool is open 24 hours which is hard to find and they had movies and popcorn in the evenings in the pool room. However the lighting prevented you from seeing the screen very well. Overall, we had a wonderful stay. The staff was quick to bring extra pillows/blankets. Overall I liked the hotel.

The pictures are misleading. The lobby makes it look like it's this amazing four-star hotel, but when you get to the rooms they are very basic. Not bad, just not what we expected

The people are so nice but the facility desperately needs refurbishing. There were several things broken and immediately replaced. The towels and sheets were clean but the laundry detergent that was used smelled awful.

Breakfast buffet is really good for a hotel buffet. Staff were all great. Rooms were clean and beds comfortable. Lot of TV channels. Great pool and hot tub. Will definitely stay again. Conventionally close to all attractions.

Breakfast staff went above and beyond to make us feel welcome. Beautiful set up for gathering - very light! Furniture needs updating and hot tub was over-treated so that it appeared you were sitting in a bubble bath.

This hotel was rated high and had very nice pictures. Although the place seemed nice, the rooms were dingy and had stains, cracks, missing pieces, brokenness, and gunk all over the place. I thought this was more on a 4-star level but it is a 2-star hotel. The location was near everything in the area but was tucked near a sketchy hotel (and now I know why) Would not go again.

Look no further - this is the one.

We visit Pigeon Forge and Sevierville multiple times per year, and have stayed in SO many hotels. This is hands-down the best for the money. Since our first stay, we haven't considered booking anywhere else. It's always clean, service is great, good breakfast (shoutout to Ms. Judy's incredible customer service at the dining room), and the beds are comfortable. This may seem strange, but the showers are the BEST... great water pressure and giant spa shower heads. They showed movies in the pool area with free snacks each night of our stay for those with kids. It's hard to trust that a hotel in this area will be clean and comfortable... we have come to trust this one consistently and are happy to spend the extra $20 for guaranteed quality.
