Only one knob for heat unit 2nd knob missing Noise as well See outside around door Dim lit room Paint all over carpet and switch covers Cold air around outlets Elevator not working Dirty room. Rooms were nice. They do need to be worked on. Toilet was loose. One of the light switches did not work. The door was rotten ion the bottom which did not let it close properly. It needed some repair work to the wall under the sink.

The staff made my stay perfect, they are friendly and kind, they will help you in anything you need. The only tiny bad things I gotta say, the hotel is being renovated, and yes there's no USB chargers inside the room. The hallway to the room was not clean, staff can clean the spider webs from the light bulbs, from outside the room. Other than those dramatic things, I had a great time. Even with the friendly Bear roaming around haha but feel appreciated, that's the only bear you'll see. I walked around the trails for 3-4 hours scared to death lol and no bears.

We have been coming to Gatlinburg for years and we stay at this property quite a bit. Very convenient to restaurants. Staff is very nice. Comfy beds.

Loved the bears!

Having bears roam freely on the grounds made the stay enjoyable! The rooms were okay, nothing to write home about. No hair dryer or usb plug ins. No tub shelves and the shower curtain was too short.

It was ok, I didn’t get the room I had booked online. I was supposed to get a king bed with a soaker tub in room, but when I checked in, was told because we had dogs we couldn’t have that room. It shouldn’t be available online if it wasn’t an option. I selected pet friendly hotel! Also was charged more than it said online for pets…. $25 a day for each pet is expensive, and was not informed of this until the day of check in by email. So it was too late to get a refund for the stay! Online it said $10 extra for pets!!! Why the big charge if you don’t want pets there just advertise it that way. I understand some dogs make messes… maybe inspect the room upon check out and price accordingly!!! Oh wait that would mean they had to work, sorry. We won’t stay there again! Also pets don’t like linoleum floors!

Think about it

Booked two rooms for my family, they had the better of the two rooms. Smahed bug on ceiling, head boards dust and visible hand prints from previous gueats. Mini fridge rusted, carpet not vacuumed. Ac united needed cleaned out smell came out of it with ac or heat.

Jazzuci didnt work, no hot water, fireplace didnt work. Employees didn't care. We asked to move rooms and told no. Mold growing in rooms. Not clean. Tiles and flooring falling apart.

The gentleman who checked me in was amazing 10/10 I was in room 270 and the AC didn’t really work but it was okay cause I left my back porch door open since I was on the 2nd floor. But this place is great the staff is super helpful and friendly and the location is amazing I will definitely be staying here again in the future

We love this place

Front desk was very nice and accommodating. We've stayed here many times and its one of the best in Gatlinburg. We love watching the bears from the rooms on the hill. Right downtown easy to get to anything inside Gatlinburg.

We had no hot water and requested a fix, came the next morning and fixed it but worked once and then took over 15 minutes to warm up and then was tepid. We had reserved a room for a pet but wasn’t shown when we checked in so they had to move us to a room that accommodates pets, the room had no artwork on the walls, no place to hang clothes, light in the shower did not work, but that helped cover up the unfinished paint. The bathroom door wouldn’t shut, it was a born door style, no toilet paper holder the shower leaked and soaked the floor and all of our towels! The location was great but that is all I would recommend

Convenient location, very outdated hotel

This hotel was in an extremely convenient location to the park. It was very outdated & could use updates to the bed, carpet, bathroom. Everything worked but very old. We also did not like the fact that the hotel was spread out over several buildings. We had to walk up/down a giant hill and walk a half block to the lobby/breakfast area.
