Cold room. Only one knob for heat unit 2nd knob missing Noise as well See outside around door Dim lit room Paint all over carpet and switch covers Cold air around outlets Elevator not working Dirty room. We had no hot water and requested a fix, came the next morning and fixed it but worked once and then took over 15 minutes to warm up and then was tepid. We had reserved a room for a pet but wasn’t shown when we checked in so they had to move us to a room that accommodates pets, the room had no artwork on the walls, no place to hang clothes, light in the shower did not work, but that helped cover up the unfinished paint. The bathroom door wouldn’t shut, it was a born door style, no toilet paper holder the shower leaked and soaked the floor and all of our towels! The location was great but that is all I would recommend

Staff was ok, building is really in need of renovation. Just an old hotel, near downtown, but several feet higher in elevation, long steep hill to climb to get back to building, not recommended for elderly, decent but lacking

Booked a non-smoking room the room absolutely stunk of cigarette smell. We asked to be moved with moved to another room. It stunk just bad. The bathroom was dirty did not clean the toilet

Not so clean

The guest service employees were great. The room was not cleaned well, smell like mold and the bathroom was a biohazard with fecal matter on the wall. This property charges for parking now where they never did in the past. All things considered, we won’t be staying again. Additionally, there are two elevators but only one that works. Only one luggage cart in total. I hate how the owners just let their properties go. Good thing there are many choices.

Staff is excellent. But our accomodation was not up to mark. First room which was given to us was terrible, extremely stinky, floor was sticky if you walk barefoot, felt like someone vomitted on the floor . We immediately asked the receptionist to change our room which they agreed to. Second room was little better but the bathroom has the drainage problem while taking shower which was not good. They charged extra for parking and some extra charge on top of the room booking which we did. you can have bear sighting frequently over there (they say it is friendly bear which roams around quite often).This hotel is in downtown of Gatlinburg so walkable distance for any activity nearby.
