初めて4日程夫と2人で宿泊しましたが、駐車場のサービスのスタッフ、ホテルの受付のスタッフ、皆さん親切で心地好かったです。部屋も清潔で特にバスルームのスペースや間取り、トイレとバスユニットが別々で使い勝手が良かったです。ベットも枕も寝心地良くて大変助かりました。部屋にマッサージチェアーがあり使ってみましたが、夫にはマッサージが強すぎたようです。私はソフトマッサージで殆んど毎日使いました。無いより増しだと思いました。 駅は真向かいにあり大変便利で近くには飲食店や薬局等々あります。又福山に行く時は是非宿泊したいと思います。

This hotel is brand new. Even now they are still putting the finishing touches on the lobby. The hotel restaurant is not yet open. The staff was friendly and helpful. In the lobby, there are two machine where you can check in and out and get change for larger bills. The room was good size with a king size bed located on the 10th floor with a view of Fukuyama Castle, which is unfortunately undergoing restoration. There are museums near by. The one thing that would make this hotel better is to offer a pillow menu. The pillows are super hard.
