Miyako hotel is perfect… can’t thank enough to all staff who are the best and always have smiles on their face when they see us. Hotel room and amenities are excellent but really is the hotel staff who make our travel experience complete. Particularly the spa and reception desk and the rest of staff from luggage handling and the ground floor personnel who help with our taxi cab arrival. Extremely clean and beds and pillowed so soft. Heaven!!!! There is a fantastic Starbucks right next door. The friendliest staff you will ever find. A 1 min walk from a main exit of Hakata station. I am very pleased & happy to stay in Miyako Hotel Hakata, all the staff is very smiley, friendly & helpful including the car parking officer. I felt like I m at home being taken care by the hotel. Room is very clean & tidy, always fulfilled customers request like give more instead. Not stingy of bottles of water, shampoo, conditioner & body lotion & etc. I stayed there 4 nights & the location is very convenient within 3mins walk is Hakata Station with lots of big shopping mall, restr. Cafe , local delicacy around the premises. Thank you very much to the Miyako hotel team & crew, I will definitely stay again when I m back to Fukuoka in near future & will recommend to my relatives & friends. Well done 👍👍👍for the hospitality & keep it up.

We stayed at some very nice hotels during this year's visit to Japan, but found the Miyako Hakata Hotel to be our favourite. It is ideally located next to the Hakata train station. The hotel is beautiful. The staff, super helpful, professional and kind. Our room was so comfortable and clean. We thoroughly our 5 night stay here and would definitely return.
