This is a small property that is like a riokan with beds low to the floor. The beds were super comfortable and the rooms were very clean with nice bathrooms. Rooms on the second floor were reached by a narrow staircase but the staff carried our bags up for us. The lounge area was really nice with a huge selection of tea (tea bags and loose leaf) that you could make for yourself for free. It was a comfortable room to relax in. The breakfast was amazing. The train ride to Takayama was incredibly scenic and there was lots to do in the town for the two days we were there. The morning markets, walking tour and Hida Folk village were all fun to explore. Highly recommend this hotel for the friendly, helpful staff and the area for exploring.

家族4人で、数日間滞在させていただきました。 かなり満足できる滞在ができました。 まず、立地がよく駅からの利便性が高いことやホテルの食事が美味しかったこと、マクドナルドやスターバックス、もつ鍋屋、コンビニ、ドラックストアなど付近徒歩1〜3分圏内で行けたので高評価ポイントでした。 また、ホテルスタッフの方の対応も丁寧で、フロント受付時の笑顔対応や部屋からフロントへ電話する時には、必ず名前を呼んでくださり、とても大事にしてもらえている感がありました。 残念ポイントとしては、朝食時食事の説明をしていただけたのですが、コロナ等に対して神経質になっていたので、マスクなしでの近距離の説明が少しだけ嫌でした‥ また、朝食で4種類から選べる日があったのですが、私が選んだ「博多うどんセット」は、調理に20分くらい時間がかかると案内があり、少し急いでいたので、特に調理時間の案内がなかった「和食」を頼んだのですが、その頼んだ和食は、私より後に入室した別の利用客が頼んだ「博多うどんセット」が配膳されるのと1〜2分程度しか変わらなかったので、その点は残念でした。 部屋については、とても広くておしゃれで高級感があり、自動カーテンや温度調整、部屋の明暗操作などタブレットでできたのでとても楽でスムーズでした。 ただ、ランプの上など細かいところに埃が溜まっていたり、清掃後の雑巾臭が気になる日があり、そこの部分は少し残念でした。 プールについては、高級感や特別感を感じる空間で、暖かい温水のジャグジーと体温より少し低い心地よい温度での水温の2種類の温度設定があり、場面に合わせて楽しむことができました。 また、子ども用のプールのアヒルのおもちゃがプールに浮かんでいたので、それには、テンション上がって子どもは大はしゃぎで楽しんでいました。 一点気になった点としては、プールの水に細かい白い浮遊物が多々あり少し気になりました。 内湯については、サウナもあり大人は楽しめましたが、オムツが取れていない年齢の子どもは入ることができないと案内されています。他の利用客へのご迷惑にもなるので、当たり前のマナーかなと思いますが、チェックイン時に説明いただけていたらありがたかったです。ただ、お部屋のお風呂がデラックスサイズの浴室だったので、十分に満足できる入浴ができました。 あと、宿泊税は現地支払いでした。 全体的にかなり満足できる宿泊ができ、次に泊まる機会があれば、またぜひ利用させていただきたいホテルの一つとなりました。 星4にさせていただいた理由としては、次回利用時に最後の星1をつけさせていただければという期待の意を込めて4にさせていただきました。 次回も利用させていただきたいです。 ありがとうございました😊

넓어서 좋았습니다. 목욕탕이 있고 깨끗하고 친절하였습니다. 수영장은 생각보다 작은데 분위기는 좋습니다. 조식은 뷔페가 아니라서 좀 아쉬웠지만 나름 괜찮았습다 (인당 3100엔). 다음번에도 미야코호텔에 묵을 예정입니다.

My husband and I absolutely loved this property! The staff was very courteous and the facility was absolutely gorgeous with amazing food. The only thing I did not like about this facility was the fact that they made you cover up your tattoos in order to go to the "spa" aka pool and hot tub. The hakata and Jr station is right across the street you have access to it right underneath the hotel. Absolutely perfect location.
