The 5 th floor ventilation system was terrible. I didn't use my a/c or heat controls it was off the entire time. The ventilation system on the roof made this high pitched sound all night from 10 pm to 7 am. 2 solid nights of no sleep. I had an important meeting i fell asleep at. ( not good ) i did say something at the front desk. would look onto. All, I asked was a change of room on a lower floor. Terrible service. Will not stay at the Hotel chain again or recommend. I remain Kurtis.

We had a great stay for a National Park adventure. The hotel was very comfortable and the staff was gracious with supplies and talking to us about Sequoia. The pool and hot tub were delightful after a day of hiking. Highly recommend.

The area feels safe for a woman alone - However, the cleaning people need to pay attention to the cobwebs, which are all over the windows and the thick dust left on the TV and the credenza they sit on.
