My room was on the 2d floor above the firepit. I checked in around 10 PM and had a wake up call at 430....the music at the firepit didn't get turned off until 3 AM....Not sure why this isn't automatically turned off after 10 or 11pm. I am not one to complain at the staff on duty. The property managers should have this as part of their daily schedule.

Very very clean! Staff were so friendly and accommodating. The complimentary Breakfast served in the morning exceeded our expectations and the coffee was pretty great too.

Clean property. Friendly staff. Rooms are a great size. Outdoor fire place, gas grill available, and outdoor seating options. Selection of snacks in lobby and also 7-11 right next door for late night needs.

New hotel, but skimped on quality. Didn't insulate ceiling/floor between rooms as light footsteps can be heard above. WiFi and TV are on satellite dish. Both were down during a light rainfall. Hotel needs to switch to cable or fiber optic service.

Brand new property and the kitchen and bathroom floors were filthy. A huge stain was directly at the foot of the bed, and dirt on the walls of the new shower stall. Still smelled of new paint, maybe a ozone diffuser?

Best family centered hotel.
From checking to checkout absolutely fantastic hotel. Great service, room, pullout couch for the kids, blackout shades for the best sleeping possible for our littles and the best breakfast. Our front desk host, Barbera, was very kind and found hot cocoa for the kids the first day, and gave them little snack bags both days. The outdoor patio was great for a takeout dinner by the pool with friends. Great family friendly hotel.
