This 1 bedroom loft that rests above a doctors office in a quaint apartment building, is a short walk to Magnolia street, home to premier dining in Fort Worth. You will have one of the four upstairs units to yourself in this quiet building. All four units are available for rent through Vrbo, so if there is availability, this is the perfect place to book with friends or colleagues that want to travel together but desire their own space.

There are only 6 suites in the building. 2 are office units and 4 are living spaces. This makes this building nice, relaxed, and quiet. Though you will hear a siren every now and then, since this is in the Medical District.

Early and late check in are available on a case by case basis and will be assessed a $20 fee.

One Of The Best Choices In Town
Check-in was absolutely seamless. The apartment was very spacious. The host provided every ammenity you could need, in case you forgot something. I can say that the communication was great. Never failed to respond quickly, succinctly, and kindly. Location-wise, it doesnt get much more central to food and entertainment, between South Main and Magnolia. Just stay alert if you are walking at night. I was very impressed.

Convenient location
The location was really great for us due to the activities we planned to do. Lots of restaurants close by. We even walked to a donut shop one morning. It had everything we needed. The bedroom only has 1 vent and I think doesn't have an air intake in it so the AC doesn't reach it as well. So the den gets nice and cool but the bedroom not so much. Easy check-in and check-out. We would stay here again.

We were in Fort Worth for 7 days and found this lovely apartment perfect for our stay. Close to a number of great eating establishments. Close to our primary destination Dickie’s Arena with a short 20 minute drive. Also 25 minutes from the stockyards. Very modern and clean.

Great Location Great Value
This property was super clean, comfortable, and very nicely decorated. It is just a block off Magnolia where there are all kinds of shops, restaurants, and nice bars. It's also just a short driving distance to downtown and the South Main entertainment area. The check-in instructions were detailed and easy to follow. We would definitely stay here again.

Safe comfortable stay in Dallas
The loft was perfect and was equipped with everything I needed. I was not prepared for Texas heat and got very hot and sweaty during the day but having the great laundry saved me. I had a very minor issue when checking in but Andrew took care of it within 30 min of my arrival. I came to Dallas for a Piano Texas festival in TCU. Easy drive. I can't say anything negative about this place. Will look forward to coming back.

Very nice place to stay
am late in writing this review. The apartment was really clean, spacious, and nice. I would suggest providing some information about nearby restaurants or good places to visit. Although the immediate surroundings were not very appealing, we eventually discovered a nice street a bit further away by coincidence. I wish we had found it earlier. its about 10 minutes from the down town.

Third time
I have stayed at this property three times in last year and half. It’s a very clean, nice, and well maintained property. The host Andrew if needed responds to you almost immediately if you have any questions. I come to FW a few times a year and I plan on staying at this property. As you can see my review 5 stars across board except location which I have given a four. The location is really good but gave 4 since you get some noise from ambulances since located is in hospital district and there are lot of trash trucks emptying trash like early morning hours (like 2 to 4 am). So it’s a little noisy at times. However this is a very nice and great property. Location is right near Magnolia Street that has a large variety of excellent restaurants. I highly recommend this condo.

Was a nice place close to the convention center. We came for a competition at the convention center so it was nice to come back and make our own food and have a place away from the noise. Would rent this place again. Check in and out very easy!
