This is the first review I have had to write, it was that bad. We called ahead about having a hot tub/Jacuzzi (as it was listed on the website) to confirm and were TOLD they have one and a pool as well. When we arrived, the front desk person while checking us in did not stop her cell phone conversation and acted annoyed at the interruption. In our room it was not only run down, the couch was absolutely destroyed, the shower had zero pressure and the drain was extremely slow. We went to unwind in the hot tub....that wasn't there and looking around it was obvious they have never had one. Decided to try the pool and found it was very dirty. Icing on the cake were the cigarette butts floating in it. To receive help when our room key stopped working, the same woman was constantly sitting outside smoking and would act irritated (while again never stopping her cell phone conversation) at a simple request for assistance. I can't fathom how this hotel has the ratings it does. We were lied to, shown terrible service, and so very grossed out.

Dead roaches on the crossover walk in the lobby and when we took our shoes off in the room we noticed that our socks started turning a sort of blueish and realized it was from the green carpet being dirty. Before we had noticed the carpet our 1 year old was crawling all around the room and the huge mirror that we thought was secured to the wall was definitely loose and we didn’t allow him to crawl around anymore.

There were bed bugs on one of the beds. It took me 2 times contacting the front desk and asking them to do something before they moved us to a different room by 3am! By that time, the other occupant in the room was already bitten, clothes were already infested by the bugs, and we were so scared the bugs might also go on the other bed or be everywhere in the room. I never write a review but this is the very first time it happened to us and we travel A LOT. It was horrible!!

This was truly the worst hotel I’ve ever visited. The entire hotel smelled very strange. We had to hold our breath just to take the elevator - so much mild and mildew in there we couldn’t breathe. Tried the stairs - those were nasty with dirt and bugs. Then the room. My son found a condom wrapper stuck to the headboard. We were scared to walk around without shoes. It was that dirty. The bathroom was CLEAN and this was the highlight of the hotel. Being green, they only clean your room upon request. We requested a room clean and new towels early the third day. We came back to the hotel that evening and nothing had been done. I requested towels so we could shower and the front desk said they didn’t really have anymore. We were given one pool towel and two washcloths for two people to shower. I have a feeling Radisson has no idea how disgusting this property is that boasts their name. You couldn’t pay me to stay there again. We couldn’t switch hotels because EVERYTHING was booked due to a Fort Worth event.

We liked the room, the staff, the breakfast, the hotel. It was a decent price and fairly convenient to TCU. The only issue we had was that the internet would cut out often which made it hard to work. It was not because of the changing of the passwords, it was a connectivity issue. Other than that, it was great.

Incredibly disappointing from start to finish. I arrived a day late due to flight delays caused by a tornado warning in Chicago. Despite informing the hotel multiple times, they insisted I provide my credit card over the phone to avoid canceling my reservation, even after I explained the delays were beyond my control. With a conference in town and most hotels booked, I had no choice but to comply. When I finally arrived, exhausted and jetlagged, the room I was given was filthy—dust everywhere, as if it hadn't been vacuumed in days. I called the front desk, and the receptionist (short dude with glasses) told me to come down for a new key. When I asked if the new room would be clean, his dismissive response was, "I don't know, you tell me." The second room was no better; the toilet hadn't even been flushed—there was still poop in it. Too tired to deal with more hassle, I ordered cleaning supplies through DoorDash and cleaned the room myself. I stayed for 7 days, but the poor ventilation made me sick by the time I returned home. The short dude w/glasses' attitude was consistently unhelpful and rude. Breakfast was cut short by 40 minutes, and that obviously upset some guests and he was sooo rude and disrespectful to them. Had breakfast there about 3*, saw him being DISRESPECTFUL on 2 different occasions. The only positive was their French toast. I expected common decency, but if you care about cleanliness, respect, and comfort, look elsewhere.
