Loved how quiet the area was and it was located conveniently to the expressway but the room was not properly vacuumed as we saw visible crumbs on the carpet directly upon entry to the room. There were also men’s clothing in the drawers of the room. We were only offered for staff to retrieve the clothes, which we declined, not to receive another room. Overall the stay was a 6/10

You get what you pay for, I guess. Got off to a bad start when the lady working the desk had her friend on speaker phone dropping F-bombs the whole time we were being checked in. She never bothered to end the call or at least take it off speaker phone. I think she said about 5 words to us as she was too busy listening to whatever her friend was ranting about. The room had a really bad smell, but otherwise seemed clean. The air conditioner was really loud and I could hear quite a bit of noise coming from the rooms around me. Breakfast was just ok, but not a big deal for me anyway. While the area didn’t seem to be the best, it was a good location for us because of easy access to Dickie’s Arena. Overall, I would spend a little more for a different hotel rather than stay here again.

Beds were comfortable and stay was very affordable. Breakfast options were decent. With that being said, the hotel is very outdated with rusted metals in bathrooms. The couch had rips and tears. There were dips in the carpet and the desk chair was broken (both of which were safety hazards). There was very poor water pressure out of shower heads. Staff were unfriendly to my husband on multiple occasions. Housekeeping staff were friendly but difficult to communicate with due to lack of speaking and comprehending english.

This is the first review I have had to write, it was that bad. We called ahead about having a hot tub/Jacuzzi (as it was listed on the website) to confirm and were TOLD they have one and a pool as well. When we arrived, the front desk person while checking us in did not stop her cell phone conversation and acted annoyed at the interruption. In our room it was not only run down, the couch was absolutely destroyed, the shower had zero pressure and the drain was extremely slow. We went to unwind in the hot tub....that wasn't there and looking around it was obvious they have never had one. Decided to try the pool and found it was very dirty. Icing on the cake were the cigarette butts floating in it. To receive help when our room key stopped working, the same woman was constantly sitting outside smoking and would act irritated (while again never stopping her cell phone conversation) at a simple request for assistance. I can't fathom how this hotel has the ratings it does. We were lied to, shown terrible service, and so very grossed out.

There was a bug in the bathroom and the staff were on facetime the whole time i checked in. When i got to the room it smelled super musty. J slept fine it was clean and quiet. When j went to check out in the morning there was no staff at the desk and i waited for 15 minutes and one of the housekeepers came and said she would twll the front desk person they would check me out.

The people were nice enough and the room seemed clean at first glance. However, we found something that looked like dried grass on the bed when we pulled back the covers and a moldy tea bag in the coffee machine. There was also a strange smell in our room that we occasionally noticed. If in the area again, I will not stay at this hotel.

Room was very spacious, bed was comfortable, WiFi was really good. Location was good but there was noise from jets flying overhead once in a while but we would definitely stay here again. Lots of good places to eat nearby too.

The cleaning lady was rude when we asked her after 3pm when she would be done. Her 8yr old daughter had to speak for her. No English. Our concert started at 4:30 & we missed 1st 2 performances. Very noisy all nite cuz on corner room, 1st floor & the side entry door was broke & anyone could get in all nite. Rooms need 2 more electric outlets for a fan & misc. Those on lamp are not enough.

Got there and the clerk was on the phone didn’t help me right away and she finally help me she was not friendly at all, then the room had a bad smell and the bed was so uncomfortable.
