This is the first review I have had to write, it was that bad. We called ahead about having a hot tub/Jacuzzi (as it was listed on the website) to confirm and were TOLD they have one and a pool as well. When we arrived, the front desk person while checking us in did not stop her cell phone conversation and acted annoyed at the interruption. In our room it was not only run down, the couch was absolutely destroyed, the shower had zero pressure and the drain was extremely slow. We went to unwind in the hot tub....that wasn't there and looking around it was obvious they have never had one. Decided to try the pool and found it was very dirty. Icing on the cake were the cigarette butts floating in it. To receive help when our room key stopped working, the same woman was constantly sitting outside smoking and would act irritated (while again never stopping her cell phone conversation) at a simple request for assistance. I can't fathom how this hotel has the ratings it does. We were lied to, shown terrible service, and so very grossed out.

Ft. Worth Country Inn

We only stayed for 1 night. Parents got their own room/bed, so it was a nice surprise. We’re very pleased with 3 kids on their two beds and sofa bed. Breakfast was so so, typical complimentary amenities. The room had a funny smell not sure what it was so we sprayed with air freshener to drown it. Perhaps windows should be open to let fresh air in to cycle bad smell. Non eventful stay.

Pictures look great but the hotel is awful. Checked into the room with dirty sheets, called the front desk and he said he would send housekeepers to change the sheets. He did not. Left me with dirty sheets, I spoke to another front desk agent and she said housekeepers left for the day but she can give me a new set of sheets. So ridiculous, I have to change my own sheets to a hotel room I’m paying for because everyone is dropping the ball. I ask her to leave the sheets at the front so I can grab them on the way back, she said okay. I come back and there’s no sheets, front desk agent at the time gave us a couple of flat sheets. Towels are gross, comforters are gross. The rooms are nasty and feels dirty. Worst experience

The people were nice and there was a nice breakfast every morning they changed up a bit but unfortunately our room had a mildew smell to it. We assumed it was the humidity in general but it was really bad in the bathroom and then we had a leak in the light above the toilet- we told the workers and it was fixed but still had a smell and my daughter, husband, and I all started getting itchy eyes and headache by the time we left and our only assumption was there was mildew or mold somewhere in the bathroom. Otherwise it was a good experience.

Check in was okay. She needs to know where the rooms are and not send people all over the hotel other than that it was a nice stay. I am handicap and asked for a room close to front and ended up, after following her directions of where the room was, all the way down a hall at the end of the floor at the other side. I would recommend to anyone and I would stay again.

We enjoyed our vacation in Fort Worth the staff was pleasant the pool was clean and open from 7am to 10 pm and the shower had great water pressure and the beds were comfortable. Could not have asked for more.
