Kiosk access to manager (no manager onsite). Elevator was broken ipon arrival. The hotel manager via kiosk was not aware that the elevator was broken for 18 hours. (I met a person who waked down from the 3rd floor who told me the elevator was broken aince yesterday.) My hotel froom floor was gritty with dirt so i had to rub my feet before laying on the bed

The stay was good, check in was good. The room was clean but the tub had a yellow stain from the previous bath mat. I just laid a towel on top and then took a shower. I didn’t feel comfortable stepping on the tub without the towel. Other than that, it was a good stay. The breakfast was great!

This place is ridiculously un helpful. They have someone behind the desk that’s not willing to help customers. I made a reservation for my mother and niece and paid for it because I wasn’t at check in he wouldn’t help them. He was yelling at my niece to let me know to go to site where I made the reservation and change it to my mother’s name. He didn’t know what he was talking about because when I tried I couldn’t. If there’s a problem you don’t talk to the person there’s a kiosk. if someone’s in front of you good luck you’ll be there forever. I tried to get a refund and they declined me because I didn’t cancel in time. My niece felt unsafe a bunch of men were hanging out in the lobby. She didn’t think they were staying there. Just not a good place to stay.

Worst hotel ever! Room full of paint fumes that burned my eyes. They wouldn’t move me, told me I was trespassing, would not help or give me a refund. I had to go to a different hotel. I do not recommend anyone stay here!!

Convenient and comfortable.

We wanted a hotel near the airport and this was very close. It was also very clean, quite and friendly. The room was very comfortable. The check in was quick and the breakfast was very good. We enjoyed our stay.

Various cereals and a waffle maker are not breakfast. Some areas in renovation should be closed to people until they are done. Ac unit for my particular room was no cooling well

The rooms are very clean, big, and has a microwave with a mini fridge. There are plenty of shopping centers, bars, and food in the immediate area. The only thing I wish was better was the gym facilities there was three cardio machines but no weights. Overall it was a great experience.

Great nights sleep

This was my first experience with digital check-in, using a machine and someone from India. To my surprise, it was very easy to check in and check out using that avenue. It almost felt like the people were in the building, because of their knowledge about the facility I would recommend this stays and anybody that needs a short stay over in Fort Myers because it is it’s convenience to the airport.

First, the customer service was explementary from the begin the check in was through the computer kiosk and then the front desk staff offered a free complimentary popcorn and soda or beverage of my choice. Next was the cleanliness of the hotel was impeccable. Third, the hotel complimentary breakfast had a vast amount of options for eating. The pool and exercise room was very clean and the machines were all working. Next, the hotel location was very conveniently located to major attractions and things to do. The last item was the smoothness of the parking. I truly loved the experience and wished next time to stay longer.
