Beautiful home located in a quiet neighborhood. Close to shops and 500 m from the beach. On the ground floor, a very lunimeux conditioned room with a beautiful very functional kitchen and a double sofa bed. Overlooking one side to a shaded terrace with barbecue, this is the perfect relaxation area. On the other side, an enclosed garden allows children to play in peace. The location of this home allows that one takes over the car to go shopping or go to the beach.
Comprising two bedrooms upstairs, one with a large terrace with sea view, wc, washbasin and shower make it even more functional night party.
Ground floor, large living room and kitchen overlooking two gardens make it a pleasant place where to live. One of the gardens, is the place where people like to gather around the barbecue in the shade of the terrace.

Pour 10 jours à 130 la nuitée…Une maison banale dans un enclos une « résidence » banale non sécurisée à 500m de la plage. Vue sur la mer de la terrasse de la chambre en tordant le cou sur la droite.

Deux tres belles semaines dans l'aude
Tres satisfaite de cette location tout confort. La climatisation est tres appreciable par grosse chaleur. Tres bon accueil par la dame qui gere le ménage. Maison spacieuse tres bien equipee et proche des commerces restaurants et de la plage. Emplacement voiture juste devant la maison et coin repas exterieur assez grand. Seuls bemols pas de wifi et pas beaucoup de chaines de tv dispo. Le barbecue n'a pas ete utilise car pas tres accessible et les grilles etaient tres sales. Hormis cela tres bien. Je recommande +++ aussi bien dansnle qalln qua letage

Sinon tout est parfait
Juste un petit souci pour la plaque de cuisson il y a une plaque enverre derrière la plaque de cuisson qui est très dangereux la plaque est tombé et à renverser la Poil de cuisson et la personne s'est brûlée la main heureusement c'est pas trop grave mais juste pour vous dire que c'est dangereux pour d'autres personnes qui vont venir sinon on a passé un agréable séjour

A quelques pas des marchés matinaux et nocturnes ainsi que de la plage, cette maison est parfaite. Nous étions 2 adultes et 2 enfants. Bien équipée, propre et très jolie.

Agréable maison dans superbe station balnéaire
La maison est spacieuse et idéalement située dans une rue au calme à 5 mn du centre à pied et 8mn à pied pour poser sa serviette sur le sable. Là maison est bien équipée et son extérieur est très agréable pour manger en famille et se détendre. Nous avons passé d excellentes vacances

Une jolie maison de vacances agréable et au calme avec tout le confort. La climatisation était très appréciable. La vue sur la mer est très belle depuis le balcon. La localisation est parfaite, pas trop loin du centre, du marché, de la plage et des animations nocturnes. Nous avons passé de belles vacances nous y reviendrons ! Merci à Séverine qui nous a accueilli et aux propriétaires de nous avoir laisser leur jolie maison bien entretenue.

Très bon accueil, maison très bien équipée. Pendant notre séjour ou il a fait très chaud la climatisation nous a bien rafraîchi dans les chambres et le séjour La résidence est au calme, La plage et le centre est accessible à pied, avec nos enfants de 5 et 9 ans cela n a pas posé problème. Je recommande !

Es war ein sehr schöner Urlaub
Der Urlaub war sehr schön, das Haus war sehr liebevoll eingerichtet. Leider stimmte die Entfernung zum Strand/Meer mit 350m nicht, es waren ca. 750m. Das sollte man evtl anpassen, da es mit Kind und Strandutensilien einen großen Unterschied macht, ob es 350 oder 750m sind. Das Haus ist sehr zu empfehlen.

Tolles Haus mit sehr freundlichen Vermietern!!
Gut ausgestattetes Haus. Für unsere fünf köpfige Familie hat das Haus reichlich Platz geboten. Die Klimaanlage im unteren Geschoss haben wir nach den Strandbesuchen sehr genossen. Das Haus befindet sich in wirklich ruhiger Lage. Einkaufsmöglichkeiten und zahlreiche Restaurants sowie der tolle Strand sind bequem zu Fuß in wenigen Minuten zu erreichen. Von uns gibt es eine klare Weiterempfehlung.
