When I got here on time to check in their system was down. They didn’t offer to let me stay longer the next day to make up for it either. In reality I want a refund because I couldn’t even stay the amount of time I paid for.

Management has not bothered to perform even the most basic updates to the property since easily the 1990s. Most notably, the mattress cover was shredded and worn as though it had not been replaced in 20 years. Bathroom has not seen any real maintenance or updates probably ever. Patchwork repairs to ceiling drywall and tile.

The cleanliness of the room was excellent. The sheets and towels were super clean. The building could use a facelift as there were some issues with the blinds. But overall the room was very clean. The staff were very, very polite and helpful. Unfortunately the surrounding area was a little sketchy, definitely not a safe area to walk alone.
