Staff were great and friendly. Room was very clean and it was a very quiet property. The $12 parking fee seemed unnecessary since it’s not in a busy area, but a great stay otherwise.

The two minor issues I saw were: a) The pillows were just a bit difficult to "size down" so you could sleep on them at a reasonable height. However, I did choose to use my own pillow. b) The bathroom door in Room 322 was not level, such that if you left it slightly open it would slowly bend fully open and strike the front door (loud). The exceptional cleanliness, nicely folded towels, WiFi accessibility, willingness of front desk to quickly solve a minor issue, TV, microwave, ice, swimming pool, and free breakfast far outweighed any issues I had. It was a "very" pleasant stay.

At check in I was told that they were fully booked. I did not receive a call to üpdate that booking was full. My family was left without a Reservation. Very disappointed.
