Staff was very friendly and accommodating. We didn’t have a TV remote in our room but they quickly got us one, brought it to our room and stayed until we ensured it worked. Overall the facility was clean. The beds were good but maybe not as comfortable as typical Hampton bed. I would not let that deter me from staying here again.

After an unpleasant check in process our stay was fine. Room was spacious, good water pressure in the shower, but the bed was uncomfortable.

Not worth the money!

The hotel was clean in general. The bed was terribly uncomfortable. The noise from slamming doors and motorcycles in the parking lot made for a terrible nights sleep. The shower didn’t work as expected and the tub filled up with water while showering because water was coming out of the faucet at the same time as the shower head. When I told the lady named Kween at checkout, all she said was why didn’t you come down and let us know it was noisy. Well, let’s see, it was the middle of the night and I am not the hallway police and besides that, who wants to get dressed and go downstairs every time a door slammed. What was anyone going to do? Go knocking door to door to see who was awake? I am sorry I wasted my One Key cash on this place.

Property was fine, nothing special. Rooms were clean, nothing exceptional. Fairly quiet. Staff, though well meaning and courteous, were very inept when it comes to how to handle a cash paying customer. Further, due to an absence of a selection on the booking for a pet, my pet was viewed as an inconvenience. Also, requiring additional paperwork to be read, filled out and signed, all of which could be avoided with proper communication and advanced planning.

This is our second multi-day trip to this Hampton this year. Each time we’ve found the staff to be warm and welcoming, the rooms clean and quiet, and the property well maintained and safe. We’ll be back!

Someone had a dog in a room nearby that barked at people walking by in the hall. Our commode wouldn’t refill and nobody was available to look at it while we were there for Friday and Saturday nights. It’s ok but was annoying.
