"The staff were absolutely fantastic—attentive, professional, and always going the extra mile to ensure we felt welcomed and comfortable. The food was equally impressive, with every meal being a delightful culinary experience.
That said, I did notice a couple of areas that could enhance the guest experience even further. While breakfast was delicious, it leaned heavily toward pastries and sweet options; offering more healthy alternatives would make it perfect. Additionally, I felt there wasn’t much for kids to engage with, so perhaps more child-friendly activities or facilities could be considered.
Overall, it was an amazing stay, and I’d gladly recommend your hotel to others. Looking forward to visiting again!"
