Yucky smoke smell

The room smelled terrible like smoke ( either cigarette or pot or both) but we came in late w sleeping babies and felt like we couldnt move them. One of our boys got a cough :(

The only thing that I wish they had , like any other hotel Ive stayed at was access to a smart tv , or to netflix and youtube

They canceled my reservations without letting me know. So I never got to stay. I made reservations for two nights. Snowstorm kept us from making the first night stay. Tried calling hotel but could not get them to answer. When I arrived for the second night I was told they charged me for first night and they canceled my second night. We had to scramble find other accommodations because they were sold out. Very very disappointed, and I will never use Expedia or this hotel again.

We make several trips a year to Erie and this is by far our favorite Erie hotel. The staff are ALWAYS very friendly, accommodating, and welcoming after our 8 hour drive - and even when we bring our 2 dogs <3 The room (2 bedroom suite - has TWO bathrooms!!! If you have kids, you'll understand the joy this brings!!) is delightful - the fireplace and full kitchen make it HOME immediately and the lobby lounge area is so so so nice for a quiet break while the kids swim (we have an adult with them at all times, but the rest of us can watch through the glass without having to hear all the ruckus) Breakfast does not disappoint - good, fresh and hot options in a relaxed seating area. Coffee and other hot beverages are self-serve avail 24/7...and the coffee is GOOD, too!! Small dog walk area plus plenty of outdoor garbage receptacles make pet maintenance easier. Shopping is a short walk, with full grocery or restaurants within a 5 min drive. Excellent location, plenty of parking, relaxed feel, amazing staff, all the amenities - this hotel is awesome in every way!

Not the best stay

The room smelled of chemicals we had to open the windows to air it out. The carpet was soaking wet in several spots. The bathroom sink was cracked in several spots. The extra blanket when we pulled it out of closet was wet and smelled like whatever chemicals they used in room. We didn't ask to move rooms because the hotel was sold out.

Had the 2 bedroom suite. Lots of room, clean and well equipped. TV's in all rooms for extra privacy, full feidge, stove, dishwasher and table for 4. Well equiped gum and pool ws perfect.
