Thea rea around the hotel had nothing of interest and it was not pleasant. The hotel was clean but other than that it was nothing special. Don't order the in house pizza. Complementary breakfast was acceptable.

I was upset because when I arrived the front desk person was surprised. She asked me to step aside. After five minutes she assigned me my room. It was not the room I booked. It was a smaller room though comparable. I called from desk. They blamed the “third party”. The complimentary breakfast was quite good. Noisy area and a very busy street.

Cleanliness was not the best, but good service.
I booked an executive room to have no carpets, but laminate floor. The floor was badly scratched up in front of the TV area, it seems it was not vacuumed or washed before my arrival. The chair and stool both had multiple stains on them, and I would not sit in it. The desk rolling chair had stains all over it, very gross. The bed seemed clean, and was comfy. The bathroom was ok, but there were long hairs around the towel rack, and all in the shower. The shower also would not go fully to shower mode when the tab was pulled up on the spout, so alot of water would fill the tub while showering, and not drain fast enough. The breakfast was very good. Eggs, bacon and hasbrowns were excellent. Front desk service was good. nice people.

Definitely catfished on this one! I guess they’ve renovated a handful of rooms and posted those photos online (and in the elevator)… I based my booking on this, sadly. Dated and sad. Also, the bathroom was dirty in the corners and the carpet was gross throughout - socks were black. Also, zero security on the side doors: sometimes you needed your card, other times you didn’t... I didn’t bother bringing my concerns to the front desk as we had only booked 2 nights and didn’t spend much time at the property. There are many other hotels in the area and it’s important you stay anywhere but here.
