Staff were fab checking in even after our delayed flight. ABIT of confusion through our booking meant it was 2 single beds and no cot ( same as before we departed there was no cot set up even tho on booking and we had mentioned to staff again before we left about red for a cot). Staff really helpful advising on shuttle bus , had already started our check-in when we arrived and really friendly ladies getting milk for our baby ( airport security had lost ours during checks). Only downside was when we went to use sofa bed it was broken and I cut myself on it ( my fault for not looking properly to see how it was broken before opening ). We ended up using the mattress from it for our wee one but we realised that it had been stuffed back into sofa bed and was absolutely filthy with urine stains and darker what we thing was coffee stains on the other side (it had clearly been flipped to hide it). The staff at the front desk were really helpful after we mentioned it as it was a clear hygiene issue . Breakfast was disappointing. We understand busy airport hotel but lots of things empty e.g bacon , sausages, no pastries , small muffins were brick hard , they were getting refilled but small amounts so we're emptying by the time we went to get some. We had stayed before flying out and we have stayed there several times before but it's sad to see a decline in service and hygiene when the staff are very helpful and lovely. Some things definately to work on facility wise .
