This 950 square foot garage apartment with solid pine floors and ceilings, Queen size bed, HDTV with Satellite, Full kitchen with stove/ oven, large stainless steel refrigerator, dishwasher, a second standalone oven, copper farmhouse sink, granite countertops, wine chiller, full washer and dryer, Chest of drawers, shower and toilet. Views out some windows show the lake. Access to the dock. Entryway is a numbered keypad so no key is needed. Garage may be used to park a car if house is vacant. Separate AC/heater just for apartment. Outdoor fireplace also available if house is not rented.
The apartment is air-conditioned and features a kitchen and space to spread out with a separate bedroom. Other standard amenities include a washing machine, a fireplace, and a coffee maker.
