The worst! Two thumbs down!

This is by far the worst Best Western I have ever stayed at. Right when you walk in it was 90 degrees and musty and moldy smelling. No wonder the host seemed in a bad mood. The wall paper is peeling off the walls. The corridor was filthy and the tile looked like it hasn't been mopped in weeks. My room was 80 degrees when I walked in, there were dead bugs in the window, and the fridge sounded like a demon was trying to escape. To top it all off my over $200 room I got a Luke warm shower at best,

Rooms were nice and clean. More spacious than anticipated. They cater to many oil field workers who stay there multiple days so there was a little kitchenette with stove top, microwave and sink. Breakfast was good with both hot and cold options.

The cops were there the entire stay. Filled with addicts. Check in was fine except i asked for a extended check out due to mu son breaking his leg the night before. Told that was possibly with a fee, which i was fine with but the next morning front desk called and told me we had to leave right away or would be charged full price for another night. She wasnt polite about it at all. We will just drive extra and stay in Rovevelt next time.

We got in to our room around 10 at night my daughter played in 4 games and went to take a shower and had no hot water. I called the front desk and she told me to let it run for 10 minutes to let it warm up but it never did so we just went to bed then in the morning I let it run for 30 minutes but still no hot water so I took a cold shower. I went to front desk and she was super nice and said she would have the house keeper clean a bathroom in a different room so that my daughter could take a shower but it didn’t have any hot water either so we had to pack up and leave without her getting a chance to take a shower. The lady did say she would contact a manager to get me some of my money back but haven’t heard back.
