Highly recommended. Beautiful hotel at a central location with great staff. The breakfast buffet was excellent. I ate dinner twice at the hotel restaurant as the food was very good and reasonably priced.

Lovely city centre hotel and perfectly situated...everything was perfect but the service in the bar really needs attention and was abit of a let down but with a good F&B manager could be improved easily .Would most definitely stay here again

Toasted sandwich twilight zone.
Overall a nice hotel, great location which is made average by some of the service. Staff appears to have low morale and not inclined to be helpful.
Toasted sandwich delivered from late night menu that was cold, not toasted and pretty awful.
Second late night toasted sandwich, same result, untoasted.
Sent the sandwich back and the kitchen thought it would be funny to send it back with one side toasted,
Asked the night duty manager to call me before I left, I checked out and still have not heard from him/her.
