Good for short stay. Nice pool. Bellmen were very kind and helpful. Good variety at breakfast and chefs accommodating. Great Indian from the Chutneys restaurant! However Staff not good at communicating hence missed out on a few activities due to them not providing correct information.

i booked here because of the brand of Movenpick, and because the 5-stars rating in expedia. However, when i arrived, i found that what i have booked is not the picture shown in here, is another building. As the service of hotel and apartment are separated, the booking & name in expedia should be separated too. I felt being cheated!! When you entered the other building, you can feel the old..when you get inside the room, there is only one bathroom(considering i have booked for 2 bedrooms with 5 people fit in, i didn't expect only 1 bathroom inside).Furnitures are very old, wooden doors are rotten, steel/iron are rusted. The dark red color sofa, i cannot distinguish it is dirty or just the color matter, but i feel old, and i don't want to touch it. The location is not convenient, the closer mall is WAFI mall, which you can see but you cannot walk to there because of highway. You have nothing to do in this area, expect sleep. Luckily, that was my last day in Dubai, i just stay here for one night. I have already told the counter i have an early flight at 10am, so I will not have breakfast, i need to leave in the early morning around 7:30am. When i went down to check-out in the morning, there was no one in the counter, no phone, no box to drop-off my key. My taxi was already outside. Therefore i went up to my room, and used my room telephone to call someone to come back to the conceriage counter to do my check-out process. Overall, is a very bad experience.
