We winter in Florida, this is our go to hotel heading south. We have three pets, so pet friendly is a must. It’s clean and the price is reasonable.

I've stayed at this hotel before. My room phone didn't work when I got there. Someone was supposed to come by but never showed up. I figured out how to get rig it up to work. The outside temperature was in the 90s but the ac was not on at check in. I was there for a 1 day stay and check out is 11am. Housekeeping knocked on my door before 9. They have 3 hours to prepare after I checked out.

Very friendly!

We stayed for 3 nights. Our room was comfortable and the continental breakfast was nice. The staff and housekeeper were very accommodating.

This is our 5th stay at this property,unfortunately This was our worst stay , We did request a 1st floor, I messaged hotel and was told 1st floor room is available We had 2nd floor room,it smelled awful,everything is sticky We were exhausted from our drive and Michelle the front desk was extremely busy,she was very sorry about us not Getting 1st floor,hotel was totally full due to hurricane Debby,All the staff here is very nice

Not the best but not the worst

To begin with we were given a room that someone else was occupying. After we got that straightened out we proceeded to our room and the elevator and hallway smelled like weed. The shower would not drain properly. On the other hand the staff was friendly and the room itself was clean. The hallway needed a little more attention.

Pool was fairly nice and very quiet. Otherwise though, this property was a mess. Under construction for our entire stay, plus the AC unit in the room was rigged with a towel stuffed underneath, so the condensation tray wasn’t working and our room was humid to the point that the bed covers felt damp to the touch. Lastly staff was clearly unhappy to be there and not nice in even the most basic way. I would describe them as disgruntled. So overall we had a pretty uncomfortable stay!

Never again, Disappointed!

The first room we had walked in and above one bed mirror was handprints all over it. Sheets had stains that was awful where you laid your h and hair all over sheets. Window seat had stuff on it and you lifted it up all kinds of trash. We asked to change room it was a little better. Room smelled of cigarette smoke and cushion buy window sill was disgusting. The window cushion need take out or replaced. The pool was cloudy and needed a good cleaning. We stayed there last year and it was not like this. We thought we had a good place to stay and was Very disappointing. Never again will we stay there.

Staff with no ability to create solutions

Check in was good, the room itself was good. My issues during my stay was, the location of the room and the ac system outside the room. The location was by the side exit of the hotel and a few of the guest or non guest were loudly banding on the door as well as yelling to be let in. From 10pm to midnight I could not rest and nothing was done. As for the AC system outside, there was a terrible whine that was unbearably loud and sharp. I called to have the issue checked out and nothing was done to create a resolution outside of "I checked it". This stay was uncomfortable and when spoken for a resolution in the morning with the front desk, nothing was given besides a dull, "we hear you sir"

Should have stayed at Motel 6

Had to go get my key card reinstated each night! Frustrating! Not a very quiet place either, thin walls. For the problems just should have stayed at a cheaper place in town. Won’t recommend and or stay again.
