The hotel front desk clerk cancelled my stay and made me feel the most uncomfortable I’ve felt in my life. Thanks for the memory scar you’ve given me. I was told I’d be refunded in 3-5 business days. Gorgeous but noisy
Beautiful hotel in excellent condition however the AC unit whistles each time it cycled on/off throughout the night. Front desk acknowledged it is a problem in most rooms. Also noise from street throughout the night easily heard even though it’s not a busy street. My room was on 4th floor. Unfortunate that an otherwise gorgeous hotel isn’t one you’ll easily sleep in

This is an extended stay property and not a generic hotel which they do not tell anywhere. So they do not clean for 7 days and if you ask towels they leave a bad with them at the door inside. The staff is excellent but not my type of place. I have to choose something else next time and maybe visit to have a drink.
