The property didn't have a room with blinds that opened and closed, and the shower handle didn't work. Because of these inconveniences, we wouldn't honor a refund.

Ok stay. Hotel is need of repairs. Front door sensor not working and room shades were broken and would not go up which made for a very dark room. Staff did comp breakfast. Strange room and bathroom layout with bed positioned with no side table. Sliding door to bathroom would not stay closed. I will not be returning.

The service For such a nice area was beyond sub-par. I’ve been a high end waitress for 20 years. It was Mc Donald’s service at Hilton Prices. The mistakes made started at hello and piled up at any corner of my stay, it was truly like babysitting with teaching moments.. lots and lots AND lots of neglect going on here, “staff, we are not in your living room asking for a coffee, you are ALL at work here”. The staff across the board was nice but maybe Paris H. wants a hostile backpacking Euro casj vibe of no importance, idk

The property is really nice and clean, the staff is friendly and efficient. The only downfall was it looked like the room hadn’t been vacuumed as there were crumbs or something on the hardwood floor and carpet and the door on the cabinet where the fridge was was broken. The top hinge was not screwed in so it was a little off. Overall though a good place to stay

The hotel is located in a perfect area with many restaurants, 10 minutes of Walmart and a mall is close by. The rooms are nice I just wish I had a walk-in shower. The room amenities are great. The rooms have a refrigerator, microwave, Keurig, and cable tv and the beds are so comfortable. I highly recommended
