"Great small hotel. Well run with lots of friendly staff. Breakfast was included which was a nice surprise. Located right on the beach. Access could not have been better or easier! The beaches were clean and not very crowded when we were there in late May. Parking in the deck with a large SUV was challenging due to the low ceilings. They offered surface parking for free just 1 block away. Access to restaurants was plentiful. I highly recommend the taco place that is a few doors down. If you found this review helpful, please? "I didn’t realize the location of the hotel was adjacent to a university, but it was actually a benefit because school was out and the area was quiet and well kept. The hotel itself was very clean and welcoming. Dining required a drive to a nearby town. There are no stores or food services within walking distance. The staff was friendly and helpful. "
