Welcome to our cozy walk-out basement suite in Ken Caryl Valley.

Located in Ken Caryl Valley with 45 miles of private trails across 4800 acres of private open space. Enjoy hiking or mountain biking right out your for. You will have a completely private basement apartment. Just off of C470 and Ken Caryl, you are 15 minutes to Red Rocks Amphitheatre, 40 minutes to downtown Denver, and 57 miles to skiing.

The space features 2 bedrooms, each with queen beds, 1 bathroom with walk in shower, a kitchenette, a large leather sectional and TV and a separate space equipped with 4 bunk beds.

Please keep in mind that this is a basement space to our family of 5. You will occasionally hear us.
The vacation home is air-conditioned and features a kitchenette and space to spread out with 2 bedrooms. Guests can expect to find a TV with a DVD player. Other standard amenities include a coffee maker and a dining table.
