We couldn’t fault any aspect of our stay, reception staff were first class, helpful, polite in all ways. Communication prior to stay was exemplary, our room was so comfortable and had all appliances and more you would want. Perfect location for accessing train for the airport, two minute walk. Also, same applies to access main city sights

Perfect place to stay in Denver! Easy access to everything. Train to/from the airport was convenient and the shuttle to Red Rocks was also outside Union Station. The community area at Sentral was incredible and staff were helpful. Bag storage made exploration so much easier before/after our stay.

The only drawback was no on site parking but there’s a public garage right across the street. We got a great two bedroom apartment with comfy beds and two full bathrooms for a great price. Check in was a breeze and everyone was nice. The hot tub was amazing!

First time in Colorado & I am so happy we picked to stay here. It was clean, new, and the staff is awesome and super friendly. The front desk is 24 hours so if you ever have questions you can even text them. You can walk across one street and be at the train station which we used to and from the airport. We also used the Whole Foods in the building. We rented a car from SIXT across the street on the other side of Union Station for cheap and paid to park in the Sentral Garage attached to the building for $30 a night and you use an app to open the gate(have the front desk explain). Highly recommended!

All the staff were friendly and nice. The room and building were clean. The only very disappointing thing was wifi. It was too weak to pick up on the first night, for the next few days, I could choose it but basically no service. I could use all of my computer/ipad via my phone, but it was annoying and disappointing.

I absolutely loved the location, the amenities, and the cleanliness of the property. Sentral Union Station is located in the heart of everything and just steps away from Union Station. The fitness center is amazing, and the grand area provided a comfortable work space for the few days I was there. The building is clean and it smells delicious as soon as you walk in the door. My studio was immaculate and super comfortable. I'd definitely stay here again...and again. Highly recommend. You won't be disappointed.
